If you are planning on buying a Mac Pro Laptop, there are three different models from which you can choose from. There are a lot of factors you have to consider before making your purchase. The elements can be the price, features, and battery life, to name a few.
You also have to keep a tab on the latest versions and releases of the Mac Pro Laptop you are planning to buy. This article aims at providing you an insight into the three different Mac Pro Laptops available in the market. I hope this will give you clarity as to which model suits you the best.
Mac Pro Laptop: MacBook Pro 13-Inch
MacBook Pro 13-inch version is the cheapest in the Mac Pro Laptop series, and you can call it an entry-level Mac. It is pretty light and weighs close to only about 3 pounds. You can get an 8th-gen Core i5 processor with this model, backed by Intel Iris graphics. You also have access to the Touch Bar feature and the Touch sensor.
If you compare this model to a MacBook Pro, you will get a brighter display and better speakers. The advantage is that you can buy this for around 1300 dollars, but the MacBook Pro 13-inch model has some downsides. You only get storage of 128GB, and you have to pay an extra 200 dollars to the storage of 256GB. Also, you have to make do with just two Thunderbolt 3 ports.
Mac Pro Laptop: MacBook Pro 13-Inch With 4 Thunderbolt Ports
You could call this an upgrade over the MacBook Pro 13-inch Laptop. The extra features are 256 GB storage and two additional Thunderbolt 3 ports. This model also comes with a True Tone Display and touch bar screen that will blow your mind.
You also get a better version of the keyboard when compared to a MacBook Air Laptop or a $1299 MacBook Pro 13-inch laptop. Although the graphics are Intel Iris, this model is faster. If you have to pick out the disadvantages, it is slightly costlier and has an average battery life of close to 9 hours. This model could have been a tad bit lighter as well.
MacBook Pro 15-Inch
This one is the priciest on our list, but for a good reason. This one is made for all of you pros and artists who involve in heavy editing stuff, for example. The 2399 dollars version comes with a storage of 256GB, but you can upgrade to 512GB by paying an additional 400 dollars. The stock model comes 16GB of memory, but there is an option of upgrading to 32GB. You can also choose between two processor options – 6-core Core i7 Intel processor or an 8-core Core i9 chip.
Also, you can pick between Radeon Pro 555X graphics and Radeon Pro 560X graphics. Other features include 15-inch screen with a 2800 x 1800 pixels resolution which is pretty unmatched. The battery life is also the best among the three choices in our list. Although, a touch costly, the MacBook Pro 15-inch is best in its class and serves most of your purposes.
